MPCA Membership Election to membership in the Michigan Pest Control Association shall be as follows. An application, accompanied by dues payment, shall be submitted to the Executive Secretary of the Association in writing. Said secretary shall publish the application request to the membership. If no protests are received in writing within thirty days of publication, said secretary will submit the application to the Board of Directors for consideration. If an application is protested in writing by any member of the association, a full investigation of the applicant shall be conducted by the membership committee. This report along with the members protest shall be submitted to the Board of Directors. Said Directors shall approve or reject membership of the applicant by majority vote of those present at any meeting of Said Directors.
